Ready-made items are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. Custom items take approximately 2 weeks to make unless you choose a rush processing option. We recommend ordering your custom Christmas costumes 3-4 weeks before you need them and choosing a shipping method that will give you several days of padding before your event as bad weather and high mail volume may cause unexpected delays during the holiday season. For urgent orders, we recommend choosing the fastest rush service and 1-day FedEx shipping to avoid disappointment.
