From the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, I started visiting veterinary websites to check for updates on the new coronavirus and pets. In my reading, I learned that veterinary hospitals were being asked to donate their PPE to human hospitals, and being essential businesses, this meant vets and vet staff were having to work without adequate protection.
We decided to make a number of masks to gift to our local vet hospital where are dogs are frequent visitors. Our masks were so well received that they gave us a credit to our account, asked if they could order more, and our vet encouraged us to offer them online! So we have done just that under our new brand L&W (short for Ludwig & Wolfgang – two of our dogs) at our new website LudwigAndWolfgang.com.
