Measure across the top of your pony’s nose to and from slightly below the cheekbones on both sides. This is the length of the noseband that will sit on top of your pony’s nose.

Measure all the way around your pony’s nose at the point you where your halter noseband will sit (slightly in front of the cheekbones).

Measure around you pony’s crown starting and ending a few inches before the cheekbones (similar to a bit-to bit measurement). Do not guess or overestimate to fit multiple horses. A halter that is too large will not stay on your pony. The crown measurements of ponies cannot differ more than 1″-1.5″ to share an adjustable halter.

Optional flowers and leaves on your lead to match your floral halter.

You can choose to have large lace bows the left side of your halter and on your lead. Please note, the lace pattern may vary slightly from the product image due to different sizes and availability, but the overall design will remain the same.

This halter comes in a non-adjustable economy version or adjustable versions with breakaway points for your horse’s safety. The adjustable leather crown will give your 2-3 inches of adjustablility which is handy if you need to use it on multiple horses or if your measurements are slightly off. The leather crown and breakaway noseband is highly recommended if you are not experienced with cable style show halters or your horse is difficult and prone to mishaps.
