This is a lightweight barding for your horse or pony made with luxurious 100% Cotton Velvet and gorgeous, downy marabou trim. Choose from several colors of velvet and two colors of marabou trim to achieve a classic winter turnout for shows, parties, parades, photos, or a special winter ride.
Velvet colors available: Red, Burgundy, Royal Blue, Forest Green, Purple and Black.
Marabou trim options: White and Ivory, 2" or 3" (recommended for bigger ponies and horses).
Top off your outfit with an elegant Santa Hat (select below) and/or Custom Reindeer Antlers and your pony will steal the show wherever he sets hoof this winter!

Basic Set Includes
- Rein Covers -- with a channel for sliding your reins through.
- Breastplate -- Can be worn one of two ways: straight across the chest to tie at billets or slanting upward toward withers to tie at D-rings in front of saddle.
- Rump Breeching -- Curved piece which can be worn one of two ways -- on top of the rump or below the tail.
Optional Extras
- Santa Hat -- Matching velvet hat with marabou boa trim. Can be worn with our new Reindeer Antlers.
- Matching Browband
- With Single, Double or Triple White Ostrich Plumes
- With Satin Unicorn Horn matching your selected trim color

Browband: Measure across your horse's forehead to and from the lower edges of the crownpiece. Or measure a browband that fits your horse from the ends of the loops.
Rein Covers: Measure from the bit down the length of the rein. For safety reasons, please select a length that will not cover any part of reins gripped by hands.
Breastplate: The chest barding can be worn one of two ways. Please measure according to the style you desire.
- For Slanted Chest Barding: Measure from center of chest to D-ring at the front of the saddle.
- For Straight-Across-the-Chest: Measure from center of chest to billets or girth.
Rump Breeching: The rump breeching can be worn one of two ways. Please measure according to the style you desire.
- For Over-the-Rump Breeching, measure from center of rump just before the tail to the girth.
- If wearing under the tail, measure from under the tail to the D-rings on the back of your saddle.
