Definition of "Business Days" as relates to order production and Expedited Services:

• Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends and Federal/Postal Holidays.
• Orders placed after 4PM PST are considered received next business day (9AM PST).
• Service days are full business days from date & time of order receipt.
• Orders typically ship next business day after being completed.
  Example: 4 business days to make your item(s) and ship out on 5th business day.

Payment

Our checkout utilizes PayPal to process payments. You will be automatically directed to the PayPal website during checkout.

• You do not need a PayPal account to place an order.
• You can pay with any major credit card, instant bank transfer or eCheck*.
• PayPal handles the payment transactions so we do not see or store your payment information (credit card or account numbers, etc.) in our database
• *eChecks take 4-5 business days to clear. This adds 4-5 business days to your order processing time. To receive your order as quickly as possible, please pay by credit card or instant bank transfer.

We are PayPal Verified.

Sales Tax

7.250% California Sales Tax is charged on all orders shipped within California. This amount will be calcuated at checkout after entering your shipping address.

Order Processing

• Ready-Made Items ship out in 1-2 business days.
• Custom Items have a standard service time of 10 business days before shipping out as we must make your items before we ship them. Expedited Services are available for time-sensitive orders.

If your order contains pre-made and custom items, all items will ship together when the custom items are complete.

Expedited (Rush) Processing

Custom orders can be expedited if you need them sooner than the standard service time permits. Service options are selected when adding your custom items to your shopping cart.

Current service options are as follows:

• STANDARD: 10 business days before shipping out (no additional cost)
• EXPEDITED: 4 or 5 business days (depending on item) before shipping out (additional cost varies by item)
• EXPRESS: 3 business days before shipping out (additional cost varies by item)
• URGENT: 2 business days before shipping out (additional cost varies by item)

Please note that Expedited Service fees are not the same as Express Shipping cost. If you wish to have your item shipped Express after it is made, please select Express Shipping at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

We utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) for fast and affordable shipping.

Please note: Priority Mail is not Express Shipping nor is it Expedited Custom Service.

Priority Mail (2-3 business days - Estimated, not guaranteed): Usually arrives within the estimated 2-3 business days, however, this is not guaranteed. On occasion, it can take longer for Priority mail to be delivered. If your order is urgent, we highly recommend that you select Express Mail.

Delivery Confirmation is included on all shipments. Please note that this is not tracking. USPS may or may not scan your package until it has been delivered.

Express Mail (2 business days - Guaranteed by USPS): Next day delivery to some major cities, some California zip codes, and 2 business days to most other zip codes.

Please Note: While Express Mail is usually on time, we cannot be responsible for USPS delays that result in a shipment not arriving in time for your deadline. For this reason, we encourage you to place your orders early and not wait until the last minute.

USPS vs. UPS: We utilize USPS as our primary delivery service due to faster delivery at less cost compared to UPS. Our standard shipping method being Priority Mail, most of our orders are delivered within 2 days of shipping out. USPS delivers on Saturday at no extra charge. Compared to UPS Ground which costs more due to our remote location and takes 1 week to reach the majority of destinations, we feel the USPS is the best way to make customers happy with fast shipping at affordable rates. We also feel the shorter transit time offers less chance of damage to package contents.

Signature Confirmation

A signature may be required on orders we deem too valuable to leave unsigned for as they are often the result of days of work on our part. We may therefore require a signature upon delivery. Please order early so that there is time for you to pick up your package at the Post Office or arrange for re-delivery.

Waiver of Signature on Express shipments is available for U.S. orders under $75 if your order is so urgent as to leave no time for pick-up or redelivery. However, please only check this option if absolutely necessary and if the location where USPS will leave your package is secure.

USPS Notice of Attempted Delivery

If your package does not fit in your mailbox (most items are too large to do so) and your mail carrier does not deem it safe to leave it or a signature is required, it is your responsibility to pick up your package at the Post Office or arrange for re-delivery. If an item is returned to us as a result of not being picked up or delivered (15 days after the attempted delivery), costs for re-shipping to you will be incurred. Orders are not returnable due their custom nature, so please make sure you pick up your packages or schedule a re-delivery within the 15 days.

UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air

If your order is very urgent and USPS will not work for you due to Express Mail taking 2 business days, we can make special arrangements to ship via UPS Next or 2nd Day Air. Please note that these services cost considerably more than USPS services, but we do make them available for large and/or very urgent orders. E-mail us with your full delivery address, date needed, and phone number to make arrangements.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries:

• Canada (CA/CAN)
• Great Britain & N. Ireland (GB/GBR)
• Ireland (IE/IRL)
• Australia (AU/AUS)
• New Zealand (NZ/NZL)

International shipping is via the United States Postal Service:

• Express Mail International (3-5 business days)*

* Transit times do not include time in customs.

If you have placed an order to be shipped to the European Union, it can take as long as 8-10 weeks to clear customs due to tighter security measures resulting from recent events. Please note that we have no control over the time it takes a package to clear customs, enter and be processed through your country's postal system.

Customs and Shipping Restrictions

• Customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
• We do not mark international shipments as "Gift" nor undervalue them on the customs declaration.
• By placing an order for international shipment, you assume responsibility for the items you are ordering.
• Be aware of your country's laws regarding the types of products that can shipped in.
• If ordering products containing animal products such as feathers, check your country's regulations first to make sure such items are allowed.
• Regardless of how carefully we pack a shipment to avoid damage in transit, we have no control over how they are handled in customs. Customs agents have been known to open, rifle, remove and/or damage contents in the course of their inspections. We cannot be held responsible for the results of such actions.

All sales are final

Due to the custom nature of our merchandise and health concerns, we do not accept returns.

Each item is carefully made according to your measurements/specifications and inspected before being shipped out. We simply do not ship flawed items.
