Below are are step-by-step instructions for submitting an order through our online shopping cart.

Adding Items to your Shopping Cart

1. Read the full product description to ensure that you are purchasing the correct item.

2. Make sure you make a selection on all option fields that apply. In some cases, you may need to select "No ___" when you do not want a certain item or feature).

3. If your custom order is time-sensitive, please refer to the Expedited Services page for details and select the appropriate service option (just before the "Add to Cart" button) when adding items to your shopping cart.

4. Click on the “Add to Cart” button at the bottom of the page.

The Shopping Cart

1. After you add an item, the site will load the Shopping Cart page.

2. Read over your cart contents and check that all entered/selected attributes are correct.

3. If they are not correct, click on the item to go back and re-submit.

4. To add or subtract quantities of the same item, type the number you wish to purchase in the box next to the item name and click “Update.” Note: this is for ordering multiple items with the exact same specifications. If you wish to order the same item in a different style or size, you will need to go back to the product page and add it with your new specifications.

5. To continue shopping, just click on any link within the page. Your shopping cart contents will remain as long as you are active on the site.

6. If you need to leave the site but wish to save your cart contents, click on “Log-in” to create an account. Once your account is created, your cart contents will remain until you check out or remove them.

Checkout

1. When you are ready to check out, click on the "Checkout" button in the shopping cart or at the top of the site.

2. Enter your billing address as it appears your bank/credit card statement.

3. Please provide all the requested contact information (home and office/cell phone) so that we can contact you regarding your order if necessary. This is especially important for urgent orders.

4. Confirm your billing and shipping information to make sure they are correct.

5. Select your preferred shipping method. Remember that the shipping time is in addition to the service time. (Your item will ship out after it has been made.)

6. Click on the “Proceed to Payment” button and our site will automatically direct you to the PayPal site which processes our payments.

PayPal

1. If you do not have a PayPal account, simply skip over the sign-in portion of the page and click on the link to pay without an account.

2. Enter your credit card information exactly as it appears on your card.

3. Check that your billing address is as it appears on your credit card statement.

4. Check that the shipping address is accurate.

5. Click on “Submit” and continue to confirm your payment information.

6. Click on “Pay” and PayPal will process your payment.

7. You may print the PayPal receipt if you wish.

8. Click on the “Return to Merchant” link to come back to our site and see your order number.

Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation Emails

1. You should receive 2 receipts, one from PayPal with your payment details and one from our shopping cart with your order details. Read over your order details and make sure there are no errors. If there are errors, contact us immediately with your order number.

2. When your order ships –– Remember, this can take 10 business days if it is a custom item –– we will send an email notification with your package's tracking number.
